The Story Arcade will also feature a beautifully furnished lounge—made possible by Convene and Design Within Reach—that will house several hands-on projects for guests to enjoy between attractions.
Attendees are no longer passive consumers of entertainment at the Story Arcade but are active participants in the adventures.

Presented by MWM Immersive, Chained: A Victorian Nightmare is an immersive theater VR adaptation of Charles Dickens’s classic A Christmas Carol. Step into Victorian-era London, keep the company of ghosts, and confront your own past, present, and future through a bone-chilling journey of self-discovery in this evocative new vision of the classic tale.
*Chained can only hold one person every 30 minutes, so tickets are extremely limited. Act fast to reserve your spot.

Tickets are sold in hour blocks, with only 10 passes available for the Story Arcade each hour to stagger entry times and ensure there's enough time and space for everyone. We recommend you reserve 60 minutes for the total Story Arcade experience, with an additional 30 minutes for Story Arcade + Chained, but won't be enforcing a hard cut-off once your time slot is up.
Please note that Chained ticket holders will be assigned a slot that is either on the hour or the half hour (e.g., 12pm or 12:30pm) on arrival.
